Nourishing Students' Body and Mind

Dining Program

Father Ryan's Campus Dining provides high-quality, freshly prepared meals for our students to meet all dietary needs through our partnership with Creative Dining Services. Our on-site chef creates weekly menus that feature well-rounded and nutritious menu offerings.

Daily Dining Hall options include a salad bar, breakfast bar, health and wellness bar, pizza and pasta bar, deli, international foods, fresh fruit, packaged snacks, dessert, and more.

We offer daily dietary accommodations including vegan, vegetarian, dairy free, gluten free, and nut free.

Education & Sustainability

By participating in our Garden Club on campus, students learn garden skills, how to reduce food waste, and the importance of eating local produce. After the season Garden Club harvests, produce from Father Ryan's back yard can be seen on the salad bar. 

This partnership allows our students to live out the Catholic Social Teaching: Care for God's Creation as they expand their palettes and serve our community.
