Anthony Wright '20 is a 2023 Charles J. Ping Student Service Award recipient for his work at Mount St. Joseph University. Anthony is being honored for his co-op work as an Americorps/Student Resource Center Coordinator while running the Lion’s Cupboard, a cost-free on-campus food pantry that works to provide students with resources they may need throughout their college experience.
Additionally, Anthony also coordinates events that promote and spread awareness about these resources, such as the “Getting’ Dirty for a Cause,” a fundraiser with a pie-a-Thon to raise money for the food pantry.
