Marisol Preston

Marisol Preston, Director of Admissions, joined the Father Ryan family in 2015, after spending many years as a teacher and administrator at schools across the country. 

A native of California, Mrs. Preston received her bachelor’s degree in Spanish and English from the University of San Diego and earned her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University. Mrs. Preston is a Certified Admissions and Enrollment Professional through the Association of Independent School Admissions Professionals and Vanderbilt University. She also has earned a certificate from Vanderbilt University as a New and Emerging Leader with the Tennessee Association of Independent Schools, and a Certificate in Catholic School Management from Villanova University, Villanova School of Business. 

Mrs. Preston came to Middle Tennessee from Jacksonville, FL, where she spent four years working in the Admissions Office at Jacksonville University. She became the Chief Admissions Officer at the university in 2013, after serving as the Senior Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions in 2012 and the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions in 2011.
