Joseph (Joe) Crumby graduated from Middle Tennessee State University where he earned his bachelor’s in Education. In 2016, Mr. Crumby earned his master’s in Instructional Leadership from Bethel University. Mr. Crumby began his career in education in 2011 as a World History teacher at LaVergne High School. After two years, he became the administrative Dean of Students until becoming Assistant Principal in 2016.
Mr. Crumby has been featured as a speaker at the National Association of Secondary School Principals conferences in Chicago (2018) and Boston (2019), LEAD Conference in Nashville (2019), and the Tennessee Organization of School Superintendents (2018). He is a member of both the Tennessee and National Association of Secondary School Principals.
Joseph Crumby is a 1995 graduate of Father Ryan High School and is Father Ryan High School's Dean of Students since 2019.
