All children must be picked up at the end of camp or no later than 4 p.m. If you are unable to do so, please contact Mr. Corry Stewart '06, Summer Camp Director, at stewartc@fatherryan.org or (615) 383-4200 to arrange AfterCare (additional charge of $20 a day).

Camp Fees
Early registration/payment is recommended. No early discounts are given for AfterCare. PLEASE NOTE: Walk-up registrations are welcome. Fees must be paid before the end of the first day of camp when you come to pick up your child. If the money is not paid by then, your child will not be able to come back to the camp until the payment has been received.

Lunch
Lunch will be offered for the June full-day camps. You can order lunch for $25.95 per week or $5.75 per day. When registering, please let us know if your child has a food allergy.

What to Bring
Some camps require participants to bring their own equipment such as a ball or glove with the camper's name on it. Appropriate clothing for outdoor camps is also requested. Campers are welcome to bring a snack or drink. Contact Mr. Stewart at stewartc@fatherryan.org or (615) 383-4200 if your child has a food or other allergy. Read the full descriptions of each camp to determine specific requirements. We also suggest printing and bringing the receipt from your online registration to the first day of camp.

All buildings are air-conditioned. Please wear comfortable clothing. Sports campers should dress in t-shirt and shorts with appropriate shoes or as directed by the camp director. Remember to bring water and apply sunscreen for all outside camps. Each camper receives a free Father Ryan t-shirt!
