Become a Legacy Gala Volunteer

Father Ryan High School’s 46th Annual Legacy Gala will take place on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at Music City Center. The event draws 700+ supporters to celebrate our Honorees, Father Ryan, and Catholic education while enjoying a lively evening with a silent and live auction, dinner, honoree presentation, and more.

The Gala Committee is looking for volunteers to assist with making this event successful. We are in need of help with the following roles:

Auction Donation Solicitations

Follow-up with businesses who have received a letter requesting a donation.

Donation Pick-ups

Pick up items that have been donated by local businesses in your area and deliver them to the Advancement Office.

Silent Auction Basket Assembly

Help by putting together Silent Auction items into themed packages to be bid on the night of Gala. 

Decorations Committee

Help bring the vision of the Decorations Chair to life by lending your time to create centerpieces and other decorations for the event.

Gala Set-Up

Extra hands make light work of setting up the silent auction displays the morning of the event. We’ll be unloading donated items and setting up the silent auction area. Coffee and breakfast are on us!

Gala Clean-Up

Everyone’s favorite volunteer role! At the end of the event, we need help loading up our displays, decorations, and unclaimed auction items.
