Who: Parents of prospective athletes in grades 5th-8th or 9th-12th

Sign up meeting for those interested in Father Ryan Swimming/Diving or Catholic Middle School Swimming/Diving.

This meeting is to provide information for parents whose athletes would be NEW to either team. Middle School Swimming/Diving is for athletes in grades 5 through 8.

Father Ryan Distance Classic

Registration begins at 4:30pm, and the first race begins at 5:30pm. 

4th-6th grade will race 800 meters, and 7th-8th grade will race 1600 meters. Runners are asked to wear their cross country uniforms. No entry fee required.

Come out and join our Father Ryan dancers for a halftime performance. All dancers will learn a routine, receive a T-shirt, and enjoy dinner with the Father Ryan dancers.

Perform the National Anthem with the Father Ryan Singers. We will rehearse, play games and eat dinner together before singing the National Anthem at the start of the game. The price includes dinner, a t-shirt, and admission to the football game.

Make plans to join us for our outdoor Junior Irish Night on Friday, September 29 from 5:00-7:00pm on our Academic Lawn.
 
Here's the schedule for the evening: 
 
5:00pm: Junior Irish Night opens, and Junior Irish are invited to come in Father Ryan gear. There will also be swag bags, carnival and lawn games, a DJ, and more! 
 
6:35pm: Line up with our Student Body as the Marching Band leads them across the bridge to Giacosa Stadium to cheer on the Irish! 
 
Registration is required in order to secure your swag bag.

Nashville Catholic Soccer 
5th-8th Grade (Girls team and Boys team)

This program will focus on individual techniques related to passing, dribbling, shooting, and awareness as well as team tactics and continuity. Our primary goal is to help youth players prepare for high school soccer. We believe Nashville Catholic Soccer will allow each player to create solid fundamentals, lasting relationships, while building a culture of good character and sportsmanship. Practices will be once a week along with at least 1 game every two weeks. Practices will last approximately 1 hour and 15 min but could extend longer if needed.

Nashville Catholic Wrestling

K-4th Grade

Join a Nashville Catholic Wrestling for the 2023-2024 Crumbsnatcher season. A parent meeting will be held on November 5, 2023. Practice will take place on Father Ryan High School's campus in the Patrick Simpson '74 Wrestling Facility.

Fresh off the 10th Dual State Championship Title, the Father Ryan wrestling team in partnership with Nashville Catholic Wrestling is excited to announce the return of WrestleMania. This will be a four (4) day Monday through Thursday, introductory wrestling experience for the beginner wrestler.  We will be teaching skills and emphasizing movement, body control, and fun. Bring shorts and T-shirts.  Participants will receive a complimentary Irish Wrestling T-shirt.

Father Ryan High School’s Preview Day 
4th-8th Grade

12:30-4:00pm 

Please join our family of students, educators, parents, and alumni for a preview of the Father Ryan experience. Tour our campus, attend classes, join sessions on Academics and our House System, visit our clubs and activities fair, and watch a Performing Arts Showcase. Discover how Father Ryan is setting a new standard in Catholic education where your child will be known and loved. 

Our program begins at 1:00pm in the Center for the Arts with opening remarks. Doors open for registration and check in at 12:30pm. 

Junior Irish Band Night 
7th-8th Grade Band Members

Join us for the Father Ryan Band Friday, October 27th on the campus of Father Ryan High School. Junior Irish members will get to experience what is like to be in one of the premier groups in the entire country. Junior Irish members will receive a Junior Irish Band t-shirt, be entered in a raffle with tons of prizes, will eat with the band at their pregame meal, play on the track during the final home football game, and be featured during the game.
