All buildings are air-conditioned. Please wear comfortable clothing. Sports campers should dress in t-shirt and shorts with appropriate shoes or as directed by the camp director. Remember to bring water and apply sunscreen for all outside camps. Each camper will receive a free Father Ryan t-shirt!

All children must be picked up no later than 30 minutes after their camp ends. If you are unable to do so, please contact Hampton Smith '20 at smithh@fatherryan.org or (615) 383-4200.

Please direct refund requests to Hampton Smith '20 at smithh@fatherryan.org. Refund requests made after the camp date will be at the camp director's discretion.

Please note: Father Ryan High School and its staff are not responsible for student's valuables or other items.

Camps will take place on the Father Ryan campus. Campers may be dropped off beginning at 8:45am, and Before Care is offered for those who need to drop campers off earlier. All campers must be picked up no later than 12:30pm unless campers are attending our afternoon Camp Irish. If you are unable to do so, please contact Hampton Smith '20 at smithh@fatherryan.org.

Some camps require participants to bring their own equipment, such as a ball or glove with the camper's name on it. Appropriate clothing for outdoor camps is also requested. Campers are welcome to bring a snack or drink.

Please contact Hampton Smith '20 at smithh@fatherryan.org if your child has a food or other allergy. Read the full descriptions of each camp to determine specific requirements. We also suggest printing and bringing the receipt from your online registration to the first day of camp.
