Strength & Conditioning

At Father Ryan, our Strength and Conditioning Department strives to develop a strong foundation in all of our student-athletes by providing the proper education on nutrition, healthy lifestyles, and weightlifting techniques. Our team of trainers and coordinators utilize a speed-strength philosophy based on the Long-Term Athletic Development model to incorporate injury reduction, muscle balance and coordination, strength, speed, agility, conditioning, and reconditioning from injury when necessary.

Led by Coach Kyle Feldman, named the Southeast Regional Coach of the Year by the National High School Strength Coaches Association, all programs are personalized to properly support student-athletes' growth based on sport, ability, and desired outcomes.
