Tuition & Fees for 2024-25

Tuition

Tuition for the 2024-2025 school year is $25,415.

Multi-Student Tuition Discount
Father Ryan High School offers a 10% multi-student discount to families with more than one child currently enrolled.

Tuition for the upcoming school year is set annually based on the budgetary needs of the school. It is announced with re-enrollment in January each year, following the approval of the annual operating budget by the Leadership Team, Board of Trustees, and Diocese of Nashville

Required Fees

An annual non-refundable fee of $550 is due at the time of registration. (This fee covers Class Retreats, Lab Costs, Yearbooks, School Newspaper Subscription, Excess Accidental Insurance Coverage, Special Events/Speakers, Tests and Course Fees, and more.)

The Senior Fee of $300 covers all graduation costs, including cap and gown rental. This fee will be billed in February 2025 for graduating seniors only.

Payment Plans

Father Ryan offers comprehensive and convenient tuition payment plans using the FACTS program. This program allows families to select one of four payment schedules, with online access to organize and track payments.

Single payment - Zero fee, 100% due May 1, 2024.
Semester Plan - Fee of $20 drafted by FACTS; 50% of Tuition due June 2024; 50% of Tuition due December 2024. The responsible party can choose to pay the Tuition on the 5th or 20th of June and December.
10-Month Payment Plan - Fee of $50 drafted by FACTS; 10% of Tuition payable to FACTS monthly beginning June 2024 ending March 2025. The responsible party can choose to pay the Tuition on the 5th or 20th of each month.
12-Month Payment Plan - Fee of $50 drafted by FACTS; 8.3% of Tuition payable to FACTS monthly beginning May 2024 ending April 2025. The responsible party can choose to pay the Tuition on the 5th or 20th of each month.

Tuition Assistance

Tennessee Educational Savings Account (ESA) Program

Father Ryan High School is an ESA Approved School.

What is the ESA Program?

The Tennessee Educational Savings Account (ESA) program allows eligible students who are zoned to attend Metro Nashville Public Schools or a school that was in the Achievement School District (ASD) on May 24, 2019, to use state and local money toward education expenses, including tuition and/or fees at approved private schools.

About Tuition Assistance & Scholarships

Tuition Assistance Application Process

Families who wish to apply for tuition assistance can do so through FACTS Management, our third party financial assessment partner. Facts requires an online application ($40). Our Tuition Assistance application opens on November 1, 2024. Apply now.
Families must submit the following supporting documents to FACTS by February 14, 2025:

A copy of each parent's 2023 W-2
A completed and signed copy of 2022 Tax Form 1040 with all filed schedules and attachments.
A copy of each parent's 2024 W-2's.
A copy of any other financial awards already granted to your children

3. Families must submit a completed and signed copy of 2024 Tax Form 1040 with all schedules and attachments by April 16, 2025.

Please note: Awards are not finalized until Father Ryan has reviewed the 2024 Tax Form 1040 and approved the tuition assistance based on a family's demonstrated need.

Tuition Assistance Timeline

November 1, 2024

The application for tuition assistance for the 2025-2026 school year opens via FACTS Management, our third party financial assessment partner. FACTS requires an online application ($40).

February 14, 2025

Your application must be submitted by this date to be considered for the first round of awards. Consideration and availability of funds cannot be guaranteed for any family whose documents are received after February 14, 2025.

March 1, 2025

An estimate of tuition assistance will be mailed to all accepted new students who applied for tuition assistance by February 14.

April 16, 2025

The 2024 Tax Form 1040 must be submitted by this date. Awards become final once Father Ryan has received and reviewed the 2024 Tax Form 1040.

Who is eligible to receive tuition assistance?

Does Father Ryan award Merit Scholarships?

Does Father Ryan award Athletic Scholarships?

No. In Accordance with the TSSAA policy, all private schools adhere to the same policies regarding student-athletes. All tuition assistance to student-athletes must be need-based.

For a student-athlete to be eligible for tuition assistance, the family must first apply for tuition assistance through FACTS, our third-party financial institution. If FACTS determines that the family qualifies for need-based aid, Father Ryan can distribute money according to demonstrated qualified need.
