  • 1. FACTS - Financial Steps

    New Father Ryan parent:
    • Enroll in FACTS at fatherryan.org/facts

    Current Father Ryan parent:
    • Email Cathy Turnmyre at Turnmyrec@fatherryan.org to have your new student added to your existing FACTS account.
    • Once the Business Office has notified you that your child has been added, you may then set up your payment plan and complete the enrollment agreement.

    * Please note: you will be billed the $450 registration fee upon completion of FACTS enrollment.
  • 2. myFatherRyan Forms

    Log in to myFatherRyan to:
    • Complete the Tuition Rate Form.
    • Read and sign the Parent Responsibility Agreement.

  • Arts Tryout Schedule

    Tryouts have been rescheduled as followed: 

    Band 
    Wednesday, July 15th: Winds, Percussion, Guard Screening Day #1 -  3:00-5:30pm at Father Ryan

    Wednesday, July 15th: Mandatory Parent Meeting - 6:00pm at Father Ryan

    Saturday & Sunday, July 25-26th: Pre-Band Camp - 9:00am-4:00pm at Father Ryan

    Monday, July 27th – Friday, July 31st: Band Camp. Site to be determined.

    Dance 
    Dance Team will hold a virtual tryout.  Anyone interested in becoming a member of the Dance Team will need to email Mrs. Lauri Dismuke by May 1, at dismukel@fatherryan.org for virtual tryout information.

    Dance Leveling will occur the first week of school during students' scheduled dance classes.

  • Carpool Interest Form

    If you are interested in carpooling, fill out the survey form below by June 1. We'll compile the information and send you a list of families in your zip code by June 5 so you can connect with them and explore carpool options.

  • Lunch Account

    You will be able to set up your Lunch Account beginning in the last week of July.

  • School Uniform

    Father Ryan students are required to wear the school uniform and abide by the uniform guidelines every day.

    Mills Uniform Company is the school’s uniform partner. Mills has been in the uniform business since 1947 and has provided us with the selection and service that we want for our families.

  • Spirit Store

    You will want to show your Irish pride everywhere you go. To see the selection of apparel and items, visit the Spirit Store. The Spirit Store is open on school days from 7:30am to 3:00pm. Summer hours are Wednesdays from 9:00am to 2:00pm.

  • Sports Physicals

    Physical evaluations are required for any student participating in a sport and must have taken place after 4/15/2020 to be eligible for the 2020-2021 school year per TSSAA. 
     
    Please turn in your physical either to the main office, attention Lauren Baes, Athletic Trainer, or you can scan and email a PDF copy to lauren.baes@starpt.com.

  • Subject Specific Placement Test Dates

    Father Ryan is pleased to announce the new dates for our subject specific placement testing for incoming students in the Class of 2024. All tests will be administered at Father Ryan, and we will be following all the guidelines of the CDC during these sessions.
    There will be four testing sessions on two dates:

    Wednesday, July 8
    • Testing Session 1: 10:00-11:30am
    • Testing Session 2: 1:00-2:30pm
    Tuesday, July 14
    • Testing Session 3: 10:00-11:30am
    • Testing Session 4: 1:00-2:30pm
    We will offer the following tests in each section:
    • Spanish Placement Test
    • Algebra Placement Test
    • Geometry Placement Test
    • French Placement Test
    • Latin Placement Test
    You must pre-register for any of the tests by going to this registration form.
    Students should arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of testing to allow time for screening. Please review our health and safety protocols below in preparation for your visit to campus for the testing. We look forward to seeing you next month. Go Irish!
     
    Health and Safety Protocol for Testing:
    • Students will be dropped off at the Main Office turn-around and will be directed to the Neuhoff Library for screening (temperature check and COVID screening questions).
    • Parents will not be allowed to walk in with students.
    • Students must wear masks while entering campus until they have been screened and seated in the testing room.
    • Students may bring only a water bottle and a cell phone.
    • Testing proctors will wecIncoming students who are interested in placing into a more advanced Math and/or World Language class may take any of our Math or World Language Placement Tests in the spring. The test dates are as followed:

  • Summer Assignments

    Freshmen entering the Class of 2024 have required Summer Reading for the English courses they will take during their first year at Father Ryan. These assignments are decided by the level of English the student will be taking.

  • Summer School

    SUMMER SCHOOL IS ONLINE ONLY THIS YEAR. 

    Father Ryan offers Summer School courses for new credit and enhancement non-credit in two sessions during the month of June. These courses are open to all Father Ryan students, including members of the Class of 2024 and transfer students.

    Session I: May 26-June 5, 2020
    Session II: June 9-19, 2020

    Registration for the courses opens March 9, 2020.*

    *Please note: Summer School registration is now first come; first serve. To reserve your spot, your child must be fully enrolled for the 2020-21 school year.

  • Technology Needs

    Father Ryan's Technology Program is a Microsoft 365 cloud-based platform that integrates technology into the classrooms. As part of this program, students are required to bring laptop computers to school with them daily.
