Irish SmartLab - STEAM Program
If your student is interested in robotics, designing video games, creating special effects for movies, or engineering, Father Ryan's Irish SmartLab offers endless opportunities to develop these skills. 

Father Ryan students have the opportunity to enroll in STEAM I, a new, fully immersive, technology-based curriculum where learners explore and apply a wide range of technologies to project-based work.

This elective course provides hands-on, practical, project-based opportunities for students to explore their interests in STEAM - Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math - by developing and practicing real-world skills such as problem-solving, collaboration, project-planning, time management, and communication.  

Projects include:
  • Mechanics and Structures
  • Computer Graphics
  • Scientific Data and Analysis
  • Software Engineering
  • Robotics and Control Technology
