The search for the next principal of Father Ryan High School is underway. The search firm, Carney Sandoe & Associates, has been selected and research has begun in order to identify and select the school’s next principal.
This is an exciting and important time for Father Ryan High School. As we approach our Centennial year in 2024-2025, we are committed to identifying and hiring an outstanding individual to be the next principal of our school.
Our intention is to select and hire the next principal of Father Ryan High School so that individual can begin no later than July 1, 2023. This page will be updated regularly with new information regarding the search process.

Community Survey - September 7, 2022
Father Ryan High School shared a confidential and anonymous online survey with the community to capture valuable feedback used to refine the selection process criteria for the next Principal. In addition, survey participants were provided the opportunity to nominate educators who might be a good fit for the position.
The survey was shared on September 7 and closed September 13. -

In consultation with Board Chair Bill Stejskal '79, President Paul Davis '81 has formed an excellent Search Committee to work with him through this process. Our Search Committee represents a broad spectrum of the Father Ryan community. They will bring familiarity with the school and provide insight throughout the process.
