Transcript Requests

If you are a graduate, you may submit your transcript requests to the Guidance Office. There is a $2 fee per college that must be received first before any transcript can be sent. You may come in person to the Guidance Office or send a family member to request the transcript. You may also send a written request with your name, year of graduation, where the transcript is to be sent (with the address of the school) and the fee.
