Wendy's Heisman Winner

Congratulations to C Nicholl and J Wilson Congratulations to C Nicholl and J Wilson who were recognized as Wendy's High School Heisman finalists for Tennessee at an assembly on Friday, 11/6. Then it was announced that Nicholl is Tennessee's winner and that she will proceed to regional and possibly nationally consideration. FULL STORY»
 
 
Model UN

delegation representing Bosnia and Herzegovina Kudos to Ryan's Model UN team for their outstanding performance at Model UN. Z Hermann, this year's vice-president of the conference was re-elected to the 2007 Model UN - quite an honor and a rare occurrence. The delegation representing Bosnia and Herzegovina (S Bailey, E Leisinger, and M Beneson) received the award for best written resolution. A Keith received the award for best Press Corp and was selected to be the News Anchor for the 2007 Conference.
FTA Brunch


Ms McWatters and Ms Lockman were greeted with cheers and roses by FTA members who honored teachers and staff last week with special treats each day and a wonderful brunch on Friday. Thanks to everyone who participated!

Veterans' Day Breakfast

Deacon John Krenson On Friday, 11/10, Father Ryan High School held a "Salute Our Veterans" a breakfast and program for Irish alumni veterans and veterans of the extended Father Ryan family with John Krenson as a special guest speaker. This event wrapped up a week of morning reflections by veteran teachers and alumni. COMING SOON»

Alumni 5K Run & Walk

greetings from Mr Chambers Mr Chambers got off to a great start in the chilly morning at the 5th annual Irish Pride 5K and Fun Run. Participating along with members of the boys and girls cross country teams were alumni, friends, as well as Mr Kent, Mr Forbes, Ms Schenk and Mr Coode!
