Thanks to all those who donated to the annual food drive - over 10,000 cans of food were collected on the 4 A days! The food was then given to the St. Vincent de Paul Outreach.

Unlike other competitions, no trophy was given. Unlike the magazine drive, days off were not awarded. However, success in the canned food drive meant a family has a meal. A mother and father can place dinner on the table. The canned food drive is an opportunity for us to become a true living example of the Gospels.

Mr. Clippinger inspired his class who brought in over 2000 cans themselves - Mrs. Cole's and Ms. Johnston's classes also topped the list of those who gathered the most cans. Mr. Forbes was so grateful for their efforts that he awarded each a Chik Fil-A breakfast feast!

card from Sister SallySister Sally sent a thank you to the students on behalf of the North Nashville outreach program:

Dear Students,

Many thanks for the tremendous output of foood for the North Nashville Outreach! We are most grateful for this food which will take us well into the New Year.
We would love to give you a personal tour of our agency so you can see your donations being used to help those in need.

Gratefully, Sister Sally

Members of Mr. Forbe's 1st & 5th period Peer Counseling classes helped to gather and count cans for the annual Food Drive.
