Fr Ryan's Purple Masque Players present

Go back to with us to the roaring 1920s, as Patrick Dennis (A. Yontz) goes to live with his only remaining relative: his eccentric, wealthy Auntie Mame (J. Giannone). Mame introduces him to a drastically different lifestyle as exciting as a three-ring circus - her credo, "Life is a banquet and most people are starving to death”.

The musical follows through Mame's adventures: her life in the roaring 20s, losing all her money in the stock market crash, marrying a wealth Southern plantation owner only to be widowed suddenly, and returning home again.

With help from her bossom buddy, Mame keeps life hopping as she saves Patrick from a predictable, boring life and helps her secretary reach out and grab life!
