School Characteristics and Mission
For over eighty years, Father Ryan High School has been the preeminent source of quality Catholic education for the people of Nashville and its surrounding communities. As a diocesan, coeducational Catholic secondary school, Father Ryan is dedicated to providing an exemplary educational experience with a caring Christian environment. This experience is aimed at fully developing the spiritual, intellectual, creative, athletic and social maturity of each student in light of the Gospel and the traditions of the Roman Catholic Church. Father Ryan High School strives to develop within each student a sense of purpose, a love of God, self and others and a strong respect for life.
